World BEAThoven Project
For the Beathoven project, I created a unique version of Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata, infusing it with traditional cumbia influences. This initiative, which celebrates Beethoven’s legacy while promoting cultural diversity, involved an international collaboration that recorded pieces on non-European instruments, reinterpreting them for contemporary audiences. My arrangement sought to bridge classical music with vibrant, rhythmic elements, reflecting a fresh perspective on a timeless composition.
